Ideal for attics, garages, home offices, and similar-sized rooms, this system provides consistent year-round comfort while helping lower energy use and utility costs. As part of the MRCOOL® DIY® lineup, this unit is engineered for true do-it-yourself installation. The compatible Quick Connect® line set arrives factory pre-charged with environmentally friendly R-454B, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps or refrigerant handling. In addition, the 13-foot DIYPRO® cable removes the need for traditional electrical conduit, simplifying installation while protecting wiring from moisture, pests, and everyday wear. Comfort control is easy and flexible with the included wireless remote or the MRCOOL® Comfort app, which lets you adjust temperatures, create schedules, and monitor energy usage from anywhere. Voice-control compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant adds hands-free convenience. Advanced features like Dry Mode, Sleep Mode, Auto Mode, and programmable scheduling enhance comfort while improving efficiency. A Gold Fin® condenser coating provides added corrosion resistance for long-term durability, even in humid or coastal environments. The MRCOOL® DIY® Select 12K includes a 2-year compressor warranty and 1-year parts warranty.
