This tapping saddle is designed for quick and secure installation of accessories such as electrode holders and injection valves onto a 40 mm PVC pipeline. It features a 1/2 female thread, allowing easy inline integration of sensors or dosing components without modifying or cutting the pipe.

How It Works

Position the saddle around the pipe and securely fasten it using the included bolts.

Drill through the opening inside the threaded port to access the pipe interior.

Screw in the electrode holder or injection valve.

Ensure tight sealing for leak-free operation.
Note: For use only on 40 mm PVC pipe. Always install with appropriate sealing (e.g., PTFE tape or gasket) to ensure proper function.
