In Store Availability & Special Orders

We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL OR EMAIL THE SHOP TO CONFIRM STOCK. We respond quickly and can give you the best service if you contact us directly.  

Our physical shop at 2109 Decatur St. New Orleans is only 2000 sq ft. WE DO NOT KEEP ALL ITEMS LISTED IN STOCK AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL ITEMS LIST ON WEBSITE ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM DISTRIBUTORS. WE STRIVE TO KEEP OUR CATALOGS CURRENT BUT SOME ITEMS MAY BE OUT OF STOCK, DISCONTINUED OR BACKORDERED AND STILL LISTED ON OUR SITE.    Please call (504) 644-4713 or contact us for current inventory.  If you place an order and we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you ASAP to offer alternatives or issue you refund.  Refund can take up to 5 business days to reach your account, so we encourage you to call ahead before placing order.  

If an item ordered online is not in stock at our shop we can usually have the item drop shipped from our supplier directly to you or we can have the item shipped to our store for pickup.  Some products on our website are not available for direct drop shipping and must be sent to our shop first for forwarding.  We will contact you with shipping estimation once order is placed.  If you are not satisfied with timeline, we are always happy to issue a refund BEFORE order is placed with Distributor.  We cannot cancel orders once we've placed with Distributor.  If you'd like a refund on your order and it has already been placed with distributor, you'll need to receive item, mail it back (sometimes at your own expense depending on circumstances) and we will refund once we or distributor have received in good condition.  In many cases, out of warranty returns incur a 15-40% Restock Fee.  

We reserve the right to contact you after your order to adjust shipping quote.  Our automated shipping system is not perfect.  If you are not happy with adjusted shipping quote, we will issue you a refund.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.  We unfortunately cannot offer cash refunds at this time. Depending on item, a restocking fee of 15-40% will be applied for all non warranty returns. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



Free shipping does not apply to grow media and some other items costing more than $500.  If you spend more than $500 and grow media or other no free freight items are included, we will contact you after order to add shipping cost.  



We offer free shipping if you are flexible on delivery time and willing to pick up in-store.  We place our normal shop orders every one-two weeks and are happy to add your special order to that shipment and cover all shipping cost.  Please call or contact the shop to find out when we would be able to fulfill your FREE SHIPPING ORDER.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. If your items need to be drop shipped from our supplier, we do not have control over what shipper they choose to use. We cannot rush Distributors fulfillment windows or expedite shipments. Shipments from the shop normally are fulfilled within 48 hours.  Shipments from Distributor can take 72 hours or longer.
